Collaboration in the Workplace - The DNA of Teamwork

Promoting a culture of work that values and fosters cooperation is the DNA of team building. 1. Communicate clear expectations.

It is important to know the team members why they are working together and how their role, functions and results to the whole and the overall success of the organization, its customers and employees. 2. An agenda with the goals at team meetings.

Sufficient time for progress updates, discussion, brainstorming and action plans.
